Hi and welcome. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, child, teen and family therapy. I have a private practice in Los Gatos, California where I see individuals, children, teens, and families.
I graduated from John F. Kennedy University with a Masters degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology. What this means for you is that I use a "whole" lens to support you: mind, body, emotions and spirit. I have two areas of focus in this work. The first is supporting women to unfold their unique voice, purpose, and meaning in their life. Transition times such as motherhood, empty nest, divorce, perimenopause and menopause can often launch us uncomfortably into new places in life and in ourselves. These times can also offer great opportunities for personal growth and fulfillment. My second focus in my practice is working with children, teens, and families. I have spent over 15 years as an early childhood educator and school director, and hold a Bachelor's degree in child development. The unique brain growth in early childhood and adolescence offers the ability to make positive changes and anchor a strong sense of self for both children and teens. I work eclectically, meaning I customize my approach for my clients by drawing from a wide range of theories in order to support trust and growth in each unique person.
